i don't live there but was considering it. i'd appreciate any information since new "previous" owners have taken over and changed lead management. please be detailed, fair, and honest so to help me make a decision.

The garage doors are continually left up or open. Just this month a woman w/ 2 young children were followed into the garage by another vehicle, the male driver got out of his vehicle at which point she was verbally accosted and the children were frightened by this complete stranger that was allowed to follow her right into the garage due to the lack of security. She's has filed a report with the police and management. Both the victim and the reporting officer asked for the garage doors to be kept closed, that worked for the night of the incident. Since then it's back to normal with the doors being left open all day and all night. Nice to know your friends wives daughters and neighbors can be assaulted or raped and management still takes no measures of prevention. Real classy place huh?

Garage doors are left open because of construction crews always coming or going. Electronic front doors frequently break. Rear doors freqently left open. Cargo doors freqently left open. Since we are near I-395, this is an open house for anyone to get into and get away quickly. Don't plan on being secure.
