living in the townhomes are different than living in the high rise. townhomes are remodeled and don't have to deal with elevators problems, rodents, and mold (well, not to the obvious eye). i imagine it will take a long, lengthy process to renovate the high rise buildings and all their units. yes, the party room does stya locked, but was told it would re-open after renovations (which probably won't be started until the end of the year) and the front office, lobby, and business center are waiting for remodel as well. again, another lengthy wait! yes, the 3 computers in the business office don't work properly if they run at all and the single printer is too small to handle any substancial work and always out of paper. when you have a question for the front office or have a need, they listen but always have to get back to you because they don't know or have an answer. this place is short staffed and what they do have, not interested in the needs of the community - just a job. the lightning at night is limited, especially at the front street by the townhomes! it is completely dark there, right by the street - scary and dangerous. the visitor and street parking is minimal. the street parking is taken up by construction trucks from the aventine and 3001 park center allowing no space for tenants or visitors. the visitor parking at the back of the property is taken up by tenants. plus, it is very crowded and not properly marked directions for traffic flow or parking spaces.

All true. I agree 100% with this review. And customer service still needs some fine tuning to say the least. I've sent e mails to the management office that have went un-returned and not answered 11 months ago. Sent an e mail to the home office 3 months ago when basil spoke rudely to my wife, no response to that either. The new windows are nice though. They did not replace the Sliding Glass door though which was and still is the biggest offender. The men working in our unit that day played around with some of our belongings. I'm glad they didn't break my refracting telescope trying to look into other apartments with it through the wrong end, or mess my lap top trying to get online. Refracting is for space viewing only guys everything views upside and backwards through it anyway even if you could have figured out how to use it. My firewall was on lock down even if you could have figured out my password or tried to log on as admin.
