It`s so hard to believe that someone that just visited the building have
so many great thing to say about(like the new review). Everyone can see the intention
of the staff to put good reviews and try to raise the poor average rating.
I guess most of the residents do not complaint about the renovations, because
they have so many other thing to complaint. Poor Maintenance (i`m waiting for more than 1 week for a service in my apt.). No Security ( All doors open all night).
Old and ugly elevators. Managers never available to talk to you. What is good' Only the
apartment size, beside that if you think this is a great place to live, i`m wondering
what kind a hole you came from.

About the response for my review. Sorry if you don`t have many options of places to live, i`m not lying, this is just the truth, just like you said, you don`t live here, so why you so upset about negative reviews? If you need transportation, so many places offer shuttle to metro or other options of transport, but if you don`t have car you don`t have to worry about your car be vandalized or stolen. I`m a resident here, and like many people here i`m not happy with the quality of the place, i always choose nice and decent places to live, but this is just a point of view, if you used to live in low budget places probably you may find this places your paradise. And about make friends with maintenance guys(they are all nice guys, by the way) just to have my stuffs fixed? Sorry but a think we have distinctive ideas about professionalism.
