WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I am not certain as to what happened, but it is pretty clear that things are not the same at OVERLOOK apartments in Hyattsville, Md (also managed by Realty-SEE PRESS RELEASE BELOW) since ---- ----- stopped working here. He was seemingly always available to help when needed. He worked the weekends and holidays so that if we had problems he could help us. He was extremely cheerful and would make you feel good when speaking with him. I've loss count of the number of people you've had since he's been gone, but he never had an attitude and his dress never inappropriate like we're seeing now. This is a business not a nightclub!!. It's my understanding that he was the one who suggested that the a/c stay on for a few more weeks so we didn't suffer in the heat last summer. He made us feel safer by getting the security service up to par. He suggested that you have a model so we could see the layout of the apartments. If you don't think what I'm saying is true just ask him. You can't fake or makeup details to something you didn't do and when he explained it to me I could tell he knew what he was talking about. You just felt more comfortable to have a male who was an ex bouncer and a God fearing man on the premises if you had problems. There are rumors as to why he isn't here and i don't know if they are true or false, but he never showed up at work giving the impression that he wasn't in control of himself. What he does on his free time is his business just like what you do is your business as long as it doesn't affect the person's ability to perform. I know he had this place up to full occupancy, but now people are leaving and i don't see that many people moving in so your numbers and cash flow must be affected by now. My understanding is that he may still be available, but whoever gets him it will be their gain and our loss.Why don't you hire someone who really cares about this place instead of getting so many new people. If things don't get better I'm leaving too, but it probably doesn't bother you. I thought businesses were in place to make money by keeping their tenants happy. Well we AIN'T happy. Get ---- ----- back here so he can take care of us. His number is--------------. Call him get him back and stop this parade of people who don't care about us. CALL HIM TODAY!!!!!!!!

Realty Management Services, a multi-family resident property management company, based in Bethesda, Maryland, has assumed the property management of Park Center Apartments, 574 apartment home located in Alexandria, Virginia for the Owner, SBAF Park Center Apartment, LLC. A major program to renovate the apartment interiors, common areas and amenities will be started in Spring 07.

Don Jebbs was a seemingly nice guy but he tossed around a whole lot of BS sometimes. This place was not up to full occupancy while he was hear ever the new owners had just taken over and hadn't finalized their contracts with their construction crews yet and when the place was bought there was a 30 to 40% vacancy rate due to all the units that had been gutted by the previous owners in their feeble attempt to run a condo conversion. The A/C has never worked right here anyway a few extra weeks or not. 79 degrees all day and all night as an indoor temp sucks! That's one degree cooler than what it needs to be to complain to code enforcement and about 7 degrees to hot to be paying nearly 200 a month for utilities most of which is charged as "HVAC"!! That nice new lobby looks good though but that isn't making my apartment any cooler, less humid or comfortable. Luxury my A$$!!
