Management only cares about themselves, and making sure the property is filled. Once you move in, expect no help from them for any issues that may come up. Love the area, hate the management.

I have lived here for 18 years, but the current managment is the worst. I call in repairs, or see someone at the front desk. They always claim that my call is being put "in the system" but nonthing gets done. I almost moved last summer, when they extended my lease for a year with no increase. But the next big increase and I am probably out of here.

I have been here in this apartment for the last two years and current management is the third change for me since being here - and I agree it is the worst. ------(the manager) is --------------------who cares only about herself.. It is absolutely no use talking to her about anything. When she talks with you she looks past you and placates you until you can't take it any more and leave. She is all about the property and making money for her company. My impression is that we are nothing more than cattle in her mind. She was obviously put here to make repairs and get some long needed work done because she is all business with no personality, care or concern for the residents! :(
