i have lived here since october of 2008 and i am miserable. i just had back surgery so i'm out of work right now and stuck home all day listening to constant construction. i never get enough sleep because of it. when is this going to stop '!!'!'
the dishwasher doesn't work correctly and they have been here repeatedly to no avail, telling us we need to rinse better or the water isn't getting hot enough. FIX IT.
this is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with in an apartment complex, the rent is ridiculous and now they are raising it'! why should we pay more to live in all of this noise' i'm regretful for moving here and do not recommend it. can't wait to move out.

Oh, this is very little so far, and I hate to be the barer of bad news but just wait until summer gets here. The HVAC/AC that we residents pay out the a@@ for doesn't even work. They claimed that with the new convectors that the problem with the A/C is fixed, but it never cools below 74 or 73 degrees in our apartment, and that is on the days that the temperature is mild. On really hot, humid days where the temperature rises above 95 degrees, we have been lucky to cool the apartment to 79 degrees. It is sad when you can't cook in your kitchen in the summer and then have them tell you a lie about how the fire marshal outlawed the grilling on patios. That was the one thing that save us the first summer living here and for the management company to flat out lie and tell the residents that its against some code is just really pathetic. Also, in the mornings when I wake up at 5am, I can't just jump in the shower like everyone else in this world does. NOOOO!!!! I have to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes for the darn hot water to actually get above lukewarm!!! Not only is that a waste of my time, but also a waste of money because we pay for the water here and having to wait for the water to heat up for that long is just plain out ridiculous. Yep, I am soooo happy that I will be out of here the end of March!!! Whoo Hoo! The commute to work is a bit longer, but I can sacrifice time for my comfort any day.

If you look in your lease it should say that you can move if you give them 60days notice. So give them your notice and start looking else where becasue it is only going to get worse. I had mold that they never fixed and when they started the construction on the facade my ceiling fell in the bedroom which they never fixed. Run as soon as you can. And summer is really that bad our 1 bedroom never got below 78 and I was pregnant and miserable the whole time.

I want to move as well but don't want to have to pay an extra months rent. Its my understanding you can give your 60 days notice but have to pay to move out. Does anyone know any different.

I agree with all of the comments. The clowns who operate this building are idiots and worthless. For some reason they are led to believe that those who live here do not have a choice and must stay here. This used to be a pretty upscale place before the last condo conversion attempt and RM take over. Now it is one step above the projects at luxury apartment prices. Also look at the quality of the management office personnel. The living conditions mirror their level of class (substandard). This place will not improve. They think two plus years of construction is going to increase sales. There isn't enough lipstick to make this pig look presentable. Since management is not enforcing one rule such as noise control, trash, or providing adequate services such as hot water on demand and adequate heat, screw their so-called rules. They won't do squat to remedy any of the issues but lie. They need the income so what are they going to do? The comfort of the residents is not a priority. So let's pull out the grills and barbeque!!!! Besides, I'm out of here in 3-4 months (I hope much sooner) and I am about to abandon all hints of common courtesy just like 85% of my neighbors since it is no longer a residential requirement. Potential new residents; DO NOT SIGN A YEAR LEASE!!! GO MONTH-TO-MONTH. YOU WILL WANT TO MOVE AFTER TWO MONTHS OF THIS CRAP, GUARANTEED!!!! For the life of me, I can??????t understand why anyone would move here after the numerous postings to this website. Everyone is accurate!!!

We have decided to turn in our 60-day notice and if our house isn't finished within that time, move into an Exended Stay hotel until it is. I can't stand the thought of spending more time than I have to here. The added expense is well worth the piece of mind.

This is unbearable. I have never in my life had to deal with something like this. The drilling is directly into my ceiling and I can't do anything about it. I called management and they informed me it will be 6-8 more weeks of this?! Also, "they take a break around 11". That's all they could tell me was that I'll get a lunch break from the noise.
So I called the police.
And you know what? I will continue to call the police if nothing happens. I will call the police all day long and I will write reviews all over the internet, contact the BBB, start a petition... I will do anything and everything I can in my power because after having back surgery and being stuck at home, I have nothing but time.
