I moved here thinking due to the location and the apartment look that the management staff would be professional and would basically tend to your needs in a professional manner becuase the rent is rather high. I was wrong, those people in the management/leasing office have no idea what they are doing. First off I don't even think the manager exists, she is never available, most likely scared to take calls knowing she does such a terrible job. The staff in the leasing office are about as clueless as you get, maintenance just walks around looking lost while the fire alarm constantly goes off and the building has numerous amounts of leaks. The only part of the staff that seem able to accomplish anything are the two women at the front desk. This is not about them. The management has all this construction going on at all times, the ------ don't even know when the construction crew is working. Several times I've called to inquire about the alarms, the a/c not working, the noise that the construction is causing on off hours, and the management has literally said they weren't even aware. No sense of pride or structure in their jobs, who is hiring these people' This could be a nice building to live in if the management were half way able to manage and correct some of these problems. It's too bad because the apartments are nice but having a slow and dimwitted management makes it almost unbearable to stand living here.
P.S. Management when you write your little memos, its called spell check!! Come on now it's beginning to be embarrassing.....

2 Level 3 bedroom 2 Bath Single Family House w/ garage in the Annandale North Springfield area $1600 a month. I'd say I've done pretty well moving out and it wasn't hard to find this deal they are everywhere just look around a little bit and stay away from craigs list unless you want to get robbed. Screw the ammenities here they don't really exist anyway. 15 or 20 minutes longer to get to work but hey I only pay for my actual usage for ALL my utilities so I have more control of my monthly cost.

I moved out and back to Arizona soooo I'm ecstatic to be out of that apartment complex. Good luck to everyone that still lives there. I feel for you!

I just moved out too, what a nightmare. I lived there for 4 years and have witnessed 3 changes of management. This one by far is the worst and they should all get fired. ----, I'm talking about you. Oh, and please do get spell-check and try to proof your memos. Their and they're are not the same!
