Are you serious? The only thing I can say is spend some time reading these reviews. There are many complaints that are similar and there are many threads stating that all the complaints that are repetitive are 100% dead on. Take the risk if you dare or take just about anything else and you'll do much better!

The rates are good because they plan on doing continuous and intrusive rennovations over the next 2 years.

I just moved in a month ago. I was enjoying the stay even though I think a limit needs to be placed on the number of pets per resident. The lobby and entranceway smell just like animals and the carpet in the halls are filled with animal hair. Don't get me wrong, I love pets and appreciate others having them, but when management does not thoroughly vacumn and mop the common areas DAILY...odors build. Getting back to last night...I saw a roach in my kitchen and I want to get the heck out of there. When there is one there are others. Lastly, my building will be all bandaged up shortly and I am not looking forward to that. The positive of having a balcony is fresh air and relief from small areas. The Aventine is not the worse place I visited while looking, but the thought of 3 months free rent does motivate you to at least look at them. Although I sort of get the feeling I was scammed on that rent offer. Just thought I would pass this along for what its worth.
