THE PROPERTY SUCKS WITH A CAPITAL "S". I AM EXPERIENCING AND SUFFERING FROM THE SAME MAJOR ISSUES THAT THE OTHER TENANTS HAVE EXPERIENCED. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND FAMILY A HUGE FAVOR AND DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!! THERE ARE OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES THAT ARE COMPARABLE IN PRICE AND ARE LOCATED IN THE VACINITY OF THE AVENTINE THAT ARE BETTER THAN WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO ENDURE HERE!!!!!!

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I HAVE MADE!!!!!

They are working on the hallways with new carpet and painting and supposedly working on the exterior, but don't be fooled! They are doing a ton of cosmetic changes while not updating any of the heat, AC, water, FIRE ALARMS, or any of the other broken pieces that you don't figure out until you actually move here! Not to mention that you won't get any help with getting a work order done so that repairs are made, your calls returned and security is a joke! Even if you have an issue with noise or problems from a neighbor they tell you to call the police rather than ever calling and saying "hey, can you stop the music after 10" or something as simple as that!

and you're probably just like most of us here, wish you found this site before you took that seemingly awesome deal! Very Sorry for you and obviously the place hasn't changed very much. The new paint, lobby and wall paper looks nice though. Now it's a much nicer looking crap hole, still a crap hole non the less. post flyers regularly with this url address on them in large font in the hallways and lobby's. Awareness is the only thing to save future victims!

If you can afford to stay in this place and are planning on staying in the area for five years or longer, you can do better buying any condo within five miles. If your outlook is really short term, then the problems have to be considered.

I LOVE THE AVENTINE I MEAN SO WHAT THE PLACE IS UNDERGOING SOME CONSTRUCTION IF IT STAYED OUTDATED THEN YOUD BE ON HERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT TOO HUH?? IVE SEEN A BIG CHANGE IN THE STAFF TOO! FOR THE BETTER NEW OFFICE STAFF ALL THE WAY UP TO MANAGEMENT AND THEY ARE REALLY TRYING TO PUSH FORWARD AN DMAKE THE PLACE MORE PROFESSIONAL THEN THE TES-HOODRAT AND X WHATEVER THAT WAS THAT WORKED IN THERE B4 SO GIVE THEM A CHANCE THE CONSTRUCTION I WAS TOLD IS ALMOST OVER SO BEAR N GRIN IT ITS FOR THE BEST IN THE LONG RUN
