Everything about these apartments is so perfect! Parking is always available and the area is always clean and safe. The children here are lovely and are usually noiseless. AC/Heating always works when needed. The apartments are bright and clean and always a pleasure to come home to. The lawn is freshly mowed and flowers are abundant. If you ever have problems, just come to the rental office and announce it, they will respond immediately in a happy, orderly fashion. They are always helpful. The pool is big and always maintained by Community Pool Services, Inc. The playground is always a pleasure to visit in the spring. Flowers are blooming, trees are green and fresh, the air is sweet, and the kids frolick around. Ahh.. if you want to live in paradise, Seminary Forest is your choice!
