I lived in Seminary Forest for many years, Yes, lived in the past. It is terrible!!! Not only the maintenance people are intimidating, but they are slow and usually it takes the entire crew a whole day to solve a simple matter. Parking is terrible, people are constantly double parked not letting you pass, and if you honk the horn, they will jump on you. The administration allow for many people to live in just one apartment. In the apartment next to the one I lived, lived at least 3 families, and even had an extra room to sublease. One of our vehicles was stolen from the parking lot and found destroyed some place in Maryland. Not to mention the so called Oscar and his crew. That boy and the rest are just pure trash. He is what you call a real looser.
The location is great however, please consider all the above mentioned factors before putting your family in an apartment complex like this. Consider Braddock lee, they are much smaller but it is safer, or perhaps consider buying your own place. Since we moved things have been better, specially not dealing with the administration and the so called LOOSER.
Oscar, I feel sorry for you MOM who has had to put up with you. You know who I am.
