THIS BE GOING OUT TO ALL SEM FOREST RESIDENTS INCLUDING ZELO IRIS OSCAR WALTER EMILY ALEX JOHN EVERYONE. THE NEW PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THE OFFICE ARE GOING TO REMODELE SEMINARY FOREST. THEY WILL HIKE THE RENTS UP DRAMATICALLY IN ORDER TO DRIVE RESIDENTS OUT. BONAVENTURE MANAGEMENT PLANS OR RENOVATING THE UNITS TO MAKE THEM SPACIOUS AND MORE MODERN, IN ADDITION THEY PLAN ON ADDING A COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE, RESOLVING THE PARKING SITUATION, AND ENFORCING THE RULES. BONAVENTURE ALSO SAYS THAT UPON CLOSING THEY WILL BEGIN TO RENOVATE, THEN TURN AROUND AND SELL THEM AS CONDOMINIUMS. NO MORE RENTERS.
