I HAVE READ THE PREVIOUS REVEIWS AND SOME FOLKS SIMPLY ARE CLUELESS AS TO WHAT THE CURRENT MANAGMENT COMPANY IS DOING. THE BUILDINGS ARE GOING THROUGH MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS INSIDE AND OUT. I TOO HAD A ROACH PROBLEM. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IRRITATING TO PREPAIR FOR EXTERMINATION SO FREQUENTLY WITHOUT MY REQUESTING IT, IT HAS DEFINATELY ELIMINATED THE PROBLEM. I COMPLAINED, THEY EXPLAINED, AND I NOW UNDERSTAND THEIR EFFORTS. I SIMPLY CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE INTO MY NEW AND IMPROVED APARTMENT. WITH THE EXECPTION OF NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHEN I'LL BE TRANSFERRING I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT AND EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY SERVICE FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO EVERYONE.

The only reason you are happy with the place is because you are getting ready to move into a new complex. But give it time and you'll see that it will just turn into a dump like before. I mean if they couldn't keep up with maintance with the old apartments then what makes you think that after spending all this money for the new apartments, that they will even have money to keep up with maintance in the future. Dreams never last and I'm very sorry for you that you stuck around. Encore will never become anything more then what SF was before.

I'm not sure what Judy has been smoking but it must be so good that she thinks that a renovated dump like Seminary Forest is Shangri-la. Big deal, they renovate some apartments. The place is still a high crime dump. I'm sure all the homies hangin' outside waiting to mug you for a dollar are just the finishing touch for you.
