Dominion Towing Nexus

There seems to be a nexus between the management of this lousy apartment and the notoriously unprofessional towing company "Dominion Towing"
I had requested for a pass for my friends car. I told the apartment management that I was not sure of the color and the make /model of the car. They said it should not matter as long as the date was okay. In anycase on Friday at 4:00 PM I returned to the office to give the correct information and get the pass corrected. Although the office is supposed to be open till later in the evening, no one was thre and the office was closed. So I was forced to use the incorrect pass and I thought it should be ok based on what the lady in the office told me earlier on. To my disamy and the dismay of my guest the car was towed away and we had to shell out $95.00 to a rude set of guys in the towing company who wouldnt listen to our explanation.
Moreoverthey broke into my friends car by silencing the burglar alarm. That makes me wonder the source of high car thefts in this area.

Funny....I think I can one-up you. THis company (Dominion) is definitely strange. My son picked me up at work at 10:30 PM...we parked in our parking lot at 10:45...all legal & righteous. At 5:30 AM I FOUND THAT THE CAR HAD BEEN TOWED. Dominion stated that it had no parking pass. I KNEW on my father's GRAVE that there was a parking pass......the same one that had been there for the last 5 months.................ALAS....when we went to recover the car, $150.00 LATER, THE PASS WAS gone. Later in the day, my son decided to move the wheels/rims that he had standing in the back seat atop terry cloth towels (to protect the seat) EUREKA..........the parking tag was FOUND.........stuffed UNDER the towel........which was UNDER THE TIRE & RIM (heavyyyy)....ALL HIDDEN AND BURIED...............well, my son knew he hadn't shoved it under there..........SO........for $150.00 A POP........I guess the Dominion towing employee ( a FELON, I bet......)had thouGHT he had found a great hiding place for the parking tag. We know WE never put it there....(DUhhhhhhhh......) SO...who might have done such a thing??????? ALso, I hope the $30.00 THAT WAS IN THE CONSOLE PROVIDED YOU WITH SOME GREAT ENTERTAINMENT. You are low-life scum. Everyone knows it........so...just wait till word gets around and no one hires you anymore to do their LEGITIMATE towing. Granted, there are a few that DO deserve it.......but I bet that the majority do NOt DESERVE TOWING........not to mention the ones that you just THROW in for good measure. I AM NOT stupid, and do not think that WE are either.................what goes around comes around. That goes for you AND your sleazy girlfriends & wives, also.

OK first of all if you knew what you were doing in the first place why are you complaining? You knew it would happen and took the chance on it anyway. I tell you what, if I cared for my car enough I would not leave it up to chance to have it towed. OK next Fxgrl learn how to type! I would assume you are an adult so why don't we all act like it? I happen to know a bit about towing companies and they have tons of cars they could tow, there is no need to pick on poor little you. So get over yourself! Tow truck drivers are clean, family driven, professionals. You don't complain or worry about damage when you are so retarted that you lock the keys out of your car now are you??? Not only that but you are not to worried about someone taking something from your car when you are broke down on the side of the road? For every action in life there is a re-action, what you do with it is up to you.

Has anyone filed a complaint with the county? If they get enough about this company something will be done. Go to this web site and complain http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/consumer/IQext/CSW_acs.asp, it will be added with my complaint and if you are observant to the Fairfax County Municipal Code: "In accordance with Section 82-5-32. Removal
and disposition of vehicles unlawfully parked on private or
County property, "(1) The maximum fees allowed to be charged are:
(A) Initial hookup and tow fee not to exceed $50.00.
(B) Vehicle storage at a rate not to exceed $25.00 for up
to the first 24-hour period and shall not exceed $25.00 for
each subsequent 24-hour period or any portion thereof for
the safekeeping of vehicles or trailers.
(C) Release fees may be charged for vehicles claimed by
the owner after normal business hours. No release fee may
be more than $15.00. No other fees for release or
administration may be charged.".
You can find more violations to add to your complaint, I dont want to post them here or "Anonymous" above will quickly correct them. The only way to make stuff happen is to complain to the appropriate agencies.
