Many many problems.... poor maintenance turn-around, apartment was not ready or cleaned when I moved in, office promises to fix things and follow-up by the end of the week and still no resolutions. Trash is overflowing and unkept, parts of the grounds are unsightly, and neighbor's balconies are junky - very embarrassing when guests come over.
