My shower door is broken, and water leaks, there is no response, it has been almost two months! Bar lights don't work, carpet stained, no response. They promised keyless entry, we have no keyless entry. They have not paved our parking area, and the 24 hour gym is not 24 hours. Please re-think before you live here, there are other places I looked at that offer better things and are well estblished, I though I was getting a better monthly deal, I was wrong!

I still feel the same, no one has responded to the stuff that needs to be fixed. Cars have gotten broken into, not mine, but one morning I did see a couple of cars with windows shattered, the cops were there, but it did frighten me. My advice is if you really love your apartment stay there, not many people can find a place they love.

We first saw the encore last July then lately took another look. They showed us an actual apartment but wow, I could hear the neighbors underneath us talking, that really surprised me. You normally hear people on side of you or above but below that was weird. Is it that noisy?
