I have lived here for the past 6 months and quite honestly cant wait for the next 6 to pass so I can leave. When I first moved in the complex it seemed very nice and quiet. There were not many tenants here but that quickly changed. All of the vacant apartments got filled up fast and everything went down hill. I work the night shift and often get home late in the evening. I dont even bother trying to find a parking spot in front of my building, I have to park 5-6 buildings down. If you get here past 5 you will not be parking in front of the building I am in.
The apartments appear to be really well built but thats not the case at all. I can hear everything the people do above me, even just walking around the apartment. There appears to be no insulation and the walls are super thin. I hear everything from talking to running water, and they call these luxury apartments. I had a problem with the heat and it took 3 calls just to get them out here to look at it. They verified it was broke and put a part on order. I called a few more times and they never came and fixed it. I just put it in emergency mode and dealt with it. I have had a few other issues and the management really hasnt tried to help me at all or even seem interested in my issues.
I would not recommend this place for anyone unless you like hearing every move your neighbors make, parking 1/4 mile from your residence, and not getting anything fixed. If you come look at the apartments during the day you will think this place is very nice. Try to come back later in the afternoon when everyone is getting off of work so you can see how cluttered this place is.

This reviewer is not being dramatic when they say you can hear every move of your neighbors. I lived there before the renovation and I could hear EVERYTHING! If my neighbor walked at night, it would wake me up! During the renovation, I figured they'd add insulation or something to decrease the amount you hear your neighbors, but a friend of mine lives there now and nope, she can hear everything, too!
