I moved in about three months ago and I could not be happier!

The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and new. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is a great asset as is the deep soaking bathtub. Parking is easy to find and the tenants are very easy-going.

The few maitenance requests I have had (i.e. turning the hot water up and replacing the screen doors on its tracks) were taken care of within 4 hours of the request. The office staff is equally as friendly and helpful. When packages arrive Judy calls and lets you know they are safely in the office. The office also communicates well with tenants through flyers.

I have lived in Alexandria for two years now and this is the best apartment complex I have found in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place to live.

I do still think the Encore is a good place to live. Maintenance is still responsive, the office staff if very friendly, and the area is safe. As more residents are now in the complex, parking can be difficult to find directly in front of the building at night; however, parking is still available - you just might have to walk a little farther than you want. They have also changed the guest policy so that there is free parking for both Saturday and Sunday nights, which is nice. If you live on one of the bottom two floors, it can get a little noisy. I can hear my neighbors (and their pets and kids) around me loud and clear. This can get a little annoying but earplugs usually take care of the problem. For me, the positives of the Encore still out-weight the negatives. Good luck on your move!

Do you still find the Encore a good place to live? We are considering a move and the feedback and reviews don't seem to be very good.
