3. the pool is nasty they didn't even cover it for winter
4. the apartment's near the pool water tast like pure clorine, and is sometimes dirty
5. they rent out apartments that have not been finishd with the promis to finish...they don't.
6. Cable lines are cheap, Comcast can't get signal to several units, and only bottom floor is allowed Dish providers.

7. they give last min...like the night before notice before they enter...if you don't want your kids alone with strangers don't stay here!
6. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU YOUR OWN GUEST PARKING PASS!!!! You must request that they leave you a pass in the mail, often they forget, and your guest call is towed away, you must do this in advance before they leave the office and there is a limit as to how many you can have. My car got towed in my own apartment because they forgot to leave a pass...Hidi's fault.
7. Tamora, Marcello, Hidi, and Christine never get anything right. You will find yourself repeating the same stuff over and over...email them...keep a written report because that's the only way they will fix anything
8. The metro only runs ever 30 min...miss it and your stuck waiting 30 min
9. Drive the area, you can get a better deal at a lower price less than a mile away.
10. The special is a trap! Read the fine print because they don't voice the bi-laws at the time of move in.
11. Cars are being broken into.
12. Door and stuff fell off as soon as I move in, put in a fix request six months ago!
13 they get an over all 2, only because the residents (other people who got suckered) are nice
