DO NOT MOVE TO THIS LOCATION. CHECK THE HOUSING OFFICE AND YOU WILL FIND WHAT I FOUND OUT THIS COMMUNITY IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE. First of all let me explain if you give them any money you will not get it back even if you did not sign a contract. You will have to go find a lawyer to get the security deposit back since they are so into getting your money they will cash your check or money order before the 48 hours cool off period which is the legal turn for you changing your mind. The Assistant Manager Tomora is a nasty rude liar. Case in point when my soldier asked for her deposit back because she changed her mind 20 hours later they had already cashed the money order. When asked for a letter or legal binding document that would guarantee her money would be refunded nothing could be produced. Reason being- the internet went down; biggest lie ever told when you do not want to take of something right then and there. (I should know I get that all the time being in the HR world.) Before departing Tomora's office, she stated the internet would be back up and my soldier would have her letter prior to Close of Business. Soldier called back not even 30 minutes later and TOMORA went home for the day and didn't have the document produced but the Manager Christy stated the letter would be produced and nothing was wrong with the internet. Why such lies, I do not get this at all. As of right now, my Soldier still does not have her money and is pending legal representation to solve the matter. Also, I will be reporting this community to the Better Business Bureau and hopefully getting them BLACK LISTED from all SM's. BLUF---DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS: you love drama and plan to deal with lying people your entire contract. This review is 100% accurate. Dont rent here! They don't fix anything an the apartment is falling apart. Thank God the GI found a better place.
