First off, I will start by saying ------ is the only person that knows whats going on in this place. They are a racist community. ------- lies and is incapable of Managing this place she leaves early to take her daughter home and is gone for long periods of times. As a resident in this community I feel bad for how they theri employees. I feel like as a resident I know to much about -------(Manager) personal life. I have been there for three weekes and she tells everyone about her lifestyle. She is a scadalist person who says one thing and turns around and says another. I have lived here a short while and ------- with say and do anything to get a lease signed.

I'll say this. ------- is a big ------and so is ------. They only care to get the apartments filled and for you to pay TIMELY or they just will send you straight to eviction and if you pay late, they STILL evict you. The racist thing, didnt' get that sense from them. They just are clueless. They "redid" the place but almost all the same people that lived in Sem. Forest are back. She loves to pick on specific residents. I agree with the person's point above. ------- -------- (Encore Manager) doesn't come in until her daughter goes to school, leaves when she's off and is almost NEVER around. She say's i'll get back to you and 5 days go by and then your wondering why all hell has broken loose. They steal money, they dont care, and by the end of it all, they are as clueless as the ------ and the other leasing agents. I've filed a strong complaint with their corporate office but i doubt anything will be done. Seminary forest just got a make over. I really dont care to know the life of all the manager's. its not my business and they tend to want to know your business which isn't. new management is DEF. needed
