I moved here just about 3 months ago and so far I've enjoyed it. The neighbors are friendly, and I take the shuttle to work on occasion and for the most part its been on time. I just wish they had it running on weekends and at night, it would be a great way to prevent having to use taxi's and driving after a night out. I'm on a 2nd floor, and sometimes I can hear my neighbors, but thats life, and its not over bearing. I like having a washer/dryer in my unit thank god its a a large one. My last apt only had a smaller set of them and it took like 3 loads to do what you can do in 1. I like the management staff, they're nice and pretty easy to talk to. I've had to have a couple things fix and for the most part they're prompt. I had an issue with my garbage disposal which took them 3 times to fix, but overall I'm happy with the service. Parking can get tight sometimes, but it is good that its free parking. One thing I really like is that the grounds are kept clean. I'm don't have to worry constantly stepping in dog droppings, and there isn't much trash on the ground. The biggest complaint I would say is that the maintenance staff cleans the common areas of the building on a regular. But it smells like they don't change the water after every building so it kinda gets a musky smell. But overall I'm happy living here and have recommended it and have recommended it to friends which btw, they gave me a pretty good referral fee for doing so.

The noise from the people living around you IS over bearing! I have lived in apartment buildings before this is the worst place to be if you work early on weekends or if you just want to sleep. The noise from the people in the apartment above us is so bad I have gone nights not sleeping because they are up. Managment basicly cannot do anything.
