don't live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The staff is unresponsive and incompetent. It is way too noisy. The buildings literally face the metro, train tracks, 495 and Eisenhower Ave. It is definitely not as convenient to the metro and other transportation as they make it sound. The construction and design was poorly planned and has let to inefficiency in parking, walking and living. You can purchase an extra parking spot for $50 a month. BUT there were several break-ins in the parking garage and the computer "lounge." People don't pick after their dogs. The maintenence staff were great -- when they were actually informed of the problems by the rest of the staff. I found that most of the time, the problems/messages never got relayed. Ended up having to go directly to the maintence/repair staff. The biggest reason I'm moving is the noise. I cannot stand it any longer. It is THAT loud.
