What a mistake!!!!!!!

This wasn't that bad when we first moved here, KSI managed it but they were just ok, the way they ended their relationship with us was so bush league. Just leaving a note in the mail room telling us what happend.
The new management company is the worst I've ever seen! They don't care about us and look at us as being in the way to selling our unit.
I for one am going to ride out the end of the lease and give them hell about every little detail.
If you're looking at buying you could do so much better. the HVAC is so bad that you can't have a conversation while it's running.
The walls are so thin that you can feel cold air from the outside and I can hear the neighbors word for word.
Yes it's close to the metro but that's about it, you can't even have a nice walk without feeling like you're going to get hit by a speeding car.
