Here's an honest opinion. I haven't been offended or upset by the current or previous management. This is just my opinion of this apartment. It's great for rental, but I would not recommend for buying.
I have a first floor apartment. You can hear people walking down the halls on the first and second floor. I can hear people talking outside in the hallway at a regular pitch. The pipes make the most horrible noises when the water is on. Whenever I'm doing laundry, dishes or showering there is the loudest clicking and popping noise. Many residents experience the same thing. The building is not insulated very well either as it often gets very cold in the apartment, especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The main heating vent was put very close to the living room and it is extremely loud when it comes on. I have to turn the tv up very loud when the heat comes on. My water pressure is the lowest I have ever seen at ANY place I have lived. Seriously the water barely runs, and if someone is using the water somewhere else in the apartment then it drips out. Dont' think about taking a shower/bath while doing dishes or laundry.
There is nothing the company can do to fix the loud pipes. I called for the water pressure and was told they were not able to do anything about that either....no biggie, I'm leaving soon. However, once someone buys the place the will not be able to place work orders, instead they will have to fix it by their self. Think twice before renting here.
