Good luck From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Good luck to the person who spends somewhere in the high 300's for my old 2 bed 1 bath. Check the HVAC and water, you will find that both do not work properly. I spoke with several people who live here as well and drainage is an issue, watter backs up into the sinks and the dishwasher. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations word for word. Yes it's nice to be close to the Metro and 495 but yo can't even take a nice walk down Eisenhower without thinking you're in the slums. I would think that you could fine a better place that was constructed properly over this place.
