Exchange at Van Dorn is AWEFUL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   I have been renting at the former Metropolitan at Alexandria since December of 2003...and ever since it's been turned into 'luxury condos' and is not the exchange at van dorn...it's aweful. The management team is terrible and it's feels like they've fired the maintenance crew because the grounds are not well kept anymore.
