Are you desperate' From: willnotbuy05 Date posted: 5/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Only in desperation would someone buy at The Exchange at Van Dorn!! Why don't you just throw your money in the Potomac'! It's an APARTMENT PEOPLE!!! They can call it condo, luxury living etc. But it's really just an apartment with modern appliances and cheap cabinetry. Maybe $50,000 but definitely not $300,000. If the truth is hard for you to swallow, go and visit the construction manager, Angela - - her horns and pitchfork will definitely have you running away and preventing you from making a big mistake!!!!
