Actually, you're not close to anything being you're in the middle of an industrial park. Yuck. These places will still be worth $270K 30 years from now.

Actually it is right next to the metro, 495, Kingstown, Landmark, Hoffman, Old Town...I can go on and on...all of these places are no more than 5-10 minutes away.

I'm glad that you've been fortunate enough to have had no problems. Since moving in several months ago, I've had problems with extremely noisy pipes in my master bedroom and second room AND water leaked into my bedroom...stained my wall and carpet. I've talked to several other residents who have experienced problems too. These places were built as apartments not condo.
