very bad management

i have never ever seen anything like this. i wish i haven?t moved in this building. can?t wait to move out. A/C sucks, very noisy and most of all very bad bad management. i don?t advice nor recommend anyone to live here 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
