Pay attention to the ratings, I didn't..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   After reading the ratings on this website, I could did not believe the complaints could be that serious, so because I was just getting started out of college and could afford this rent, and I "thought" I wouldn't be moving into other horrible communities, I moved into this one. The air conked out on me twice in the first week I was there. The parking is very limited. The complaints are right, the kids are everywhere, and they are trifling, so they must learn it from somewhere. It's not just a black community, it's a minority community period, maybe that's why the company doesn't care. And why are people hanging outside at all hours of the night and day' I had people watching me move in at ten a.m. in the morning! I've never had roaches in my life and I've seen more here than I've seen in my dorm or on my college campus period. And it's embarassing because those roaches follow you when you go to work or spend the night over others' homes. They vary in size. I tried to live on my own here, but I wish I had just chosen a roommate and a cleaner community.
