mixed community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I would just like to say that just because you live in a community that has several different ethnic groups in it is not a valid reason for your management company not to care what goes on or what happens. It may just be those people who act like this. Have you gone to management. I live in a very upscale area in Alexandria and there are several different ethnic groups around. I've never seen or heard of problems with people of any color hanging out or making the area scary. It's safe to walk or jog alone. So probably a certain type of person gravitates to a certain area and it should be up to management to aid in the upkeep of their property. Maybe management needs to change. Just some thoughts.
