Worst place EVER!!

I have lived here going on 5 months already...and I've hated every single second of it. Roaches everywhere!! AC is always breaking down, and it seems like it does it on the hottest day ever. Kids all over the parking lot...you got to drive very very slow and careful! There is never any parking. I don't have a parking pass yet my name is on the lease, why' I don't know. The management staff are unprofessional and have been harrassing me since the moment I stepped foot here. Kids selling and smoking marijuana right infront of my building...and everybody sees it yet nobody cares. I have written letters to the rental office, nobody in there cares, yet the assistant property manager lives here. I have written letters and complaints to KSI management they don't care either. Now I'm awaiting a court date for noise violation which they are trying to use to evict me.
I'm a single mom trying to finish college while holding down a full time job, had to take the cheapest rent available, but I would've never at this cost! If you are even considering this place...just don't do it, it's not worth it!!
