Just the other day I had received a letter from the leasing office stating that there was a homicide victim found on the property of "the fields of landmark" / "crestview commons" on March 21, 2006. I couldn't believe it so i went on the internet to search for an article that tells me more since i was a concerned resident, which i did find an article stating that there was a car parked stranged in the parking lot around 12 midnight, it was reported to police as they got there around 3 am getting reports of an injured man lying in a car. The report claims that the cops came to find a man with multiple gunshots with his car running and the headlights on. Being in the DC metro area let alone scares me with all the violence going on, but in your own place of residence where you go to feel safe and be stress free forget it. Hearing reports like this I must say i dont recommend this place. This is not a place where you can now or no longer feel safe raising your children.
