Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Not only are they increasing everybody's rent, but they're now charging $25 per bag if you leave trash outside your apartment. Since the dumpsters are always full, and we don't want to keep trash IN our apartment, where do they expect us to put it' Instead of fixing the situation, they decide to take advantage of it.
