I agree with everything that the previous reviewer wrote on 6/4/03. The distance to the Metro is deceiving. I chose to ride the bus rather than walk, because it isn't exactly safe traffic-wise. It is hard to pick up packages, but they are open on both Saturdays and Sundays to help with that. The pool closes at 8pm, which I find to be late enough to enjoy a swim when I get home. But the noise factor that he mentioned is true. It does get a bit loud hearing everything that goes on. And if you have an apt. by the steps, you'll hear everyone climbing up and down them all hours of the day.

BUT, I enjoyed my stay here. I think it was everything I could have expected for the money. I found my rent to be rather cheap. The leasing office staff is incredibly nice. They know me by first name and always have my packages ready when I walk in. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with crime or bugs. I have met the most incredible neighbors in the area. The location is conveinent...but it's a traffic trouble spot. I would recommend this complex to my friends.
