I've lived in my apt. for almost three years and have had a great experience. Community is safe, clean, and there's ample parking. Try not to live on Van Dorn Street side, traffic is rather loud. Maintenance team has been good overall. Management is ok. Major highways are right up the street and Metro is a few minutes away - Fairfax Connector bus route right in apt. complex to get to Metro. Walls/ceilings are thin so try to live on top floor to alleviate some noise.
