This apartment has been gradually falling apart ever since we moved in 8 months ago. It took them coming 4 times to actually fix our oven that burns everything, and even now it isnt perfect. We had a leak on our balcony which was fixed, but left with a large hole in the balcony ceiling in addition to all their materials being left for a month even with repeated calling for their removal. Our bedrooms are very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter because the windows leak air, causing gas and electric bills to be outrageous. The hot water is not properly regulated throughout the apartment. They come into your apartment to fix things external to your apartment (pipe bursts), and do not give any notice, forcing you to be caught awkwardly with your bathrobe on with 3 random men standing in your kitchen. The maintenance people will drag in dirty trash cans, track dust everywhere, will throw your belongings around, all without your prior approval. The manager of the complex will not do anything to apologize or try to justify his mistakes. If it snows, lord help you actually have to go to work, because they won't get a plow in for days, and barely shovel walkways. This place is a disaster area, the walkways are dark, and if you come in after 6 pm any day of the week, you will have to park far away from your building because spots go fast. The work out room is always crowded and you will have to wait to use the treadmills. Basically, there is no upkeep in this complex, and you will pay for it both with irritation and your own money. For a place that costs so much to live in, they sure don't give you anything for your money, and are inconsiderate on many levels. Please go elsewhere.

It's not perfect but this person sounds like he is looking for things to complain about. I always get to park within a minute maximum walk from my building, and the workout room is very often empty. I can't speak to all these complaints (though, yes, the insulation could be far better than it is) but I think this person is making things up.
