I was very pleased with my choice initially, then they sold the building. The new management is unresponsive at best. Grounds have gone downhill, construction occurs daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is loud and messy, and maintenance doesn't come regularily. When you complain they shrug their shoulders. I moved because of it! Parking is hard to find due to high traffic viewers of condos, maintenance, and construction workers. Hot water takes forever to come on!! And utilities ran me over $250 for apartment with one adult and one child (water, gas, electric). Did I mention that if the wind blows you can feel it in the apartment'!'!

You are the one full of crap - give an honest review please. I lived at the property from 2002-2005, moved right after it switched owners, but parking is not a problem at all and never really was. I have another friend who still lives there now, they havent seen too much of a change. There is construction here and there. And the management staff has been the same guy. The location is really good for Metro, she even takes the shuttle that they now have. Overall it wasnt that bad of a place to live for three years.

I agree with jessie that parking is not much of an issue now when seems a lot of people moved out. The location is really a prime here, but it is also true that the place looks pretty much abandoned. I feel for new owners, they bought on a peak, only idiots they can lure in buying their condos (though I am sure they have long enough pockets to survive few years of uncertainty), but still, they should try to keep place decent if they want any success at all. I personally did not have problems as others (being also a handyman), except for the parking before hands change and resulting reduced population, but I agree with others that the maintenance is stressed out and not up to the challenge. Also it's quite inconvenient to pay rent nowdays - even if the management staff is the same guy, for some reason they don't want him to collect rental checks, causing problems for many. I love the location but plan to move as soon as my contract expires, because an overall feeling here is unsettling
