We have lived here for almost a year now, and can NOT wait to move out. Items for repair that were submitted upon moving in have remained neglected for the past 11 months. Throughout the winter, we were never simultaneously able to use the heater AND have hot water. The only way to have moderately hot water was to turn the heat completely off for an hour prior to showering. This issue was reported numerous times, and was never resolved. Now it's summer and we have turned our air conditioner on. It should have been no surprise when our hot water once again disappeared. However, the flooding that occurred in multiple rooms, resulting in MOLD throughout the ENTIRE apartment was certainly an unwelcomed surprise. While Management *reluctantly and with much persistance* promises to remedy the mold issue "in a timely manner," they refuse to provide alternate housing or monetary compensation during the days when we are unable to live in this health hazard.... Our recommendation is to STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Not only will you save yourself a lot of hassle, but also will not be placing yourself at a risk for health issues resulting from mold that lies in the foundations of the apartment... Definately the worst place that we have ever lived.
