People are moving out in droves as the roaches move in. Problem is the management contracts out so many apartments, that the people who actually live there come from neighborhoods with lots of little critters. So what you get is lots of bugs, even in the town homes.

I live in a townhome and I have not seen any roaches in our home in the six months that we have been here probably because my neighbors are very neat and clean people. We do have a problem with silverfish and spiders though.

Yes! Silverfish everywhere, and spiders sometimes.
