I moved into Town Square in February 2007. It shocked me to read how the previous rating repeatedly mentioned "Ms Brittney Dean" as a bad person when Brittany was my leasing consultant when I moved in and SHE IS AWESOME!
I came in on a cold February morning and was distraught because the apartment that I thought was being held for me at another place, had been rented to another individual. So here I was with all my stuff, having to move in within the next 2 weeks! The first thing Brittany did was brought me a hot cup of coffee and some cookies to calm me down. While my nerves were returning to normal, she gathered the information neccessary and then took me to what would soon become my new home. She was very patient with me and everytime I have asked her for anything since then, she has always done promptly. Remember folks, there are two sides to every story!!
I do not know the author of the June 1 rating but I know that he must be mistaken! It did mention one thing that was true - turnover is very high at Town Square - with Brittany being the only constant left in the office following my move in - but you know how it goes: when the dust settles, the good ones are still there.
Maintenance is EXCELLENT! That Chris knows his stuff! He's very efficient and has always left my apartment in excellent condition.
The apartments are nice. My apartment has a BEAUTIFUL calming view of the Winkler Botanical Preserve which is always calming after a long day at work. It also has a fireplace; my husband and I snuggled in front of it in the cold winter months.
All in all, Town Square is expensive, but all that nonsense about Brittany was absolutely ridiculous! I'd recommend it to ANYONE looking for a home. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Amen to that. I am finally glad to see someone else with a positive review. Brittany may at first meeting seem unfriendly, but after dealing with her on many occasions I have found her to be very competent and helpful. I love Townsquare at Millbrook. My husband, 2 sons, and I live in a 2 bedroom w/den Townhome and have had very little to complain about. The staff is very understanding when you are in a bind and maintenance is excellent. The neighborhood for the most part is immaculate and very peaceful. It seems almost surreal that someplace could be so quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle of city life. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly and there are lots of friendly dogs. This place is a true gem and I would recommend it to anyone who likes the feel of an old-fashioned town.

I'll post this reply anonymously, like the last two folks did. Guess why they are anonymous? It's because they are written by management. Probably by this Brittany person. Cookies, huh?
What about all these other posts by dissatisfied residents? What about their complaints about management? I guess everyone else is a liar and YOU are telling the truth? Is there preventive maintenance? Do people get their security deposits back? Are calls returned? Of course, the answer to these and other questions is NO! They are nice when they want your money, and on the off-chance that this poster is real, I say: Wait till you need something done and we’ll see how stupid you feel then. DO NOT LIVE THERE! I got out, you should too!
