The leasing/management staff was replaced earlier this year and appear just as incompetent as the old. They do however make every effort to keep your security deposit and mislead tennants regarding the amount of advance notice needed to vacate. All commitments made by management need to be in writing at this property, don't rely on telephone or personal conversations for anything.
