We just moved in to Virginia Village and it hasn't been fantastic so far, but I guess it could have been a lot worse. We didn't have a great deal of money to spend so we picked this place because it was big for the money. Initially we dealt with a very nice woman in the office, only to find she was moving to a different property the next day.

Immediately after moving in they had to bomb for roaches because the building was full of them. The neighbors are loud constantly, and some guy above us plays latino techno music 24/7. The laundry rooms in the buildings are creepy and the one in our building just doesn't work so now I have to go to a laundromat a mile away.

Other than that stuff the place is ok. If they try and give you building 4912 just say no, it does have roach problems.
