This place is DISGUSTING. My complaints are:
1- white, english-speaking people seem to pay about 25% more than ---------
2- roaches, roaches EVERYWHERE. This place is borderline uninhabitable. The exterminator told us that this complex was the most roach infested he'd seen in 10 years of exterminating.
3- unsafe. expect to have racial slurs screamed at you, and be followed from your car to your house and threatened if you have the nerve to be female.
4- neighborhood is populated by complete degenerates. If you leave the window open, your apartment will reek of weed. When you go out late at night, there are 14-yr olds in the parking lot turning tricks.
5- maintenance... when our toilet broke, they told us "stop flushing toilet paper, toilet paper goes in trash cans." No regard for 21st century sanitation. EWW!!!
If you have any self-respect, you will live anywhere else but this hellhole. I can't wait to get out.

Ditto! I have lived here for 6 months and all this is so true. This complex is a third-world, toilet bowl nightmare.
