Absoulte nightmare. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Neighbors have no respect, it's always loud (techno and mariachi at 3AM on a Wednesday is standard stuff, police visit often, no hot water, cell phones don't work in the buildings, literally crawling with roaches that can't be fought by pesticides or roach traps... Sure, you save some money, but not enough to compensate for your health and sanity. Avoid this place at all costs.
