I would like for someone to know how badly I was treated at your Virginia Village complex. I have been trying to rent an apartment from Virginia Village and the experience was not nice. I have made over 30 phone calls with-in a 3 day period to the management and sales staff and was never once able to get the same answer or resolution. The Manager, Joe, was very unpleasant every time speaking with him. Edwin, sales staff told me that he could not help me because it was not his "deal" and that I would have to wait 2 days until "my sales agent had returned to the office." When I went in to pick up my lease I was told that it was still not ready, even after several phone calls to make sure everything was ok. When I went in I was told that I could not get my lease because the background check had not been completed. Staff has had all information needed for 2 days. I was never even told that a background check was being done. In my job if I did not disclose that I was running reports of that nature I would be sued and then fired. Not only were they horrible to me but my father was also unable to obtain correct answers. My father is currently in the Middle East and has spent hundred of dollars on sending info that was needed as a co signer, just for Virginia Village to decline me. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I have already made a report to the Better Business Bureau in reference to the unethical practice of requesting such sensitive information without it being disclosed.

Consider yourself lucky. Virginia Village should really be deemed "roach motel."

This person sounds like a psycho....It says it in the application that your criminal history will be checked, next time read before you sign something....psycho
