I've lived at Virginia Village for 6 months. When I first moved in there were roaches in my apartment but I keep my apartment clean and management treated it with pest control service and I have not seen a roach for about 4 months. The new manager has been really cleaning up the community. There were two bad apartments in my building and after they were reported both are now gone. The community is clean and the rent is good. It looks like others have posted that they have roach problems, All I can say is roaches go where the food is. Just keep your apartment clean. I'm not judging I'm just saying it's worked for me.

I keep my apartment extra clean because of the bugs problem. I don't see one everyday, but when I do its about 2 -4 bugs. I don't like it at all. I used boric acid around the base boards, roach motels and spray and it doesn't completely keep them away. It may be the unit where I'm located.
