I live at 5015. Parking is excellent. I get VIP parking everyday not matter whether its night or day. I moved here in Dec 2006. Maintenance has an excellent response time. It doesn't matter if it's done online or if I phoned in the request. The leasing consultants are very professional and courteousy. The guest parking is not fair. Cars stay parked in them 24/7. The apartments are huge for the price. I do experience a problem with roaches. My placed has been exterminated; spraying everynight; and I have used boric acid around the entire base boards of my apt and nothing really seems to help. I don't see them everyday, but when I do it's to many for me. I keep my place very clean.
