Apartment community needs to gear up to fight bed bugs and roaches. Money should not be the issue in fighting these bugs it should be the health and welfare of the residents. Residents should be made to comply with policy concerning exterminations etc. failure to do so should result in that non compliant resident being asked to vacate the premises. That would be fair to existing reisdents who follow the rules. Management must decide to manage for the future or there will be no future because no one will be willing to pay rents to be eaten alive by bugs.

I agree with you. It is a management problem when communities have bugs. They must decide to make people do what is necessary to get rid of the threat of bugs. It is not enough to keep fighting bugs and people do not allow proper access to properly spray etc.. poor house keeping should result in folks being asked to leave. People with bed bugs should be asked to leave and the apartment should be treated until there is no chance of bed bugs being present.
